My instructor told me that doing yoga can actually make you taller in the long run because it stretches your muscles out making you longer and leaner. You will most likely lose weight too, but this lengthening of the spine will help you appear slimmer.

excellent video. Just a reminder to those studying Yoga. These streches are excellent to relax and stretch your muscle. In addition to these you must do strenghtening excercises for all muscles within the body. Human’s are intended to have a good balance of flexibility and power simultaniously. excellent video. don’t forget to build power people. Stay healthy, love and know your body.
